Ready to Start Therapy?

Your Journey to Well-being Starts Here

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, living with depression, facing a life-limiting illness, or recovering from trauma, you're not alone. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can begin to explore what’s really going on, at your own pace.

My approach to integrative therapy is tailored to you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all counselling because your story, your needs, and your way forward are unique. Together, we'll build a trusting relationship that supports you to move through whatever challenges you’re facing.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply not quite yourself, therapy can help you reconnect with who you are — and begin to live with more ease, confidence, and meaning.

How Therapy Can Help

Integrative therapy supports your mental health and emotional well-being, helping you to:

  • Understand your patterns and emotions
  • Set healthy boundaries
  • Heal from past experiences
  • Build self-compassion and confidence
  • Live life more fully and authentically

Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about working together — using your strengths and experiences to create meaningful and lasting change.

If you're ready to begin — or even just thinking about it — get in touch. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

About Me

A Human Approach to Therapy

Hello, and a warm welcome. I'm Tony, a qualified integrative counsellor based in Hertfordshire and working face to face locally and online across the UK. My counselling approach is rooted in a person-centred, relational foundation, where you're fully accepted as you are.

I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can speak freely and feel genuinely heard. My approach is also shaped by years of working in high-pressure, high-performance environments—where resilience was essential and stress often hidden. This lived experience gives me a grounded understanding of what it means to carry a lot on the inside while appearing fine on the outside. It informs the steady, empathic presence I bring to therapy, and the respect I hold for each person's unique story.

Services

My humanistic approach to therapy is flexible and centred around your unique needs. I understand that each person's experience is different, so I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques to support you in a way that feels right for you.

My practice is rooted in a person-centred and relational way, where our work together will focus on helping you better understand your authentic self. You'll be encouraged to move at your own pace, building self-compassion and resilience along the way. You will feel heard, considered and valued.

INTEGRATIVE COUNSELLING

Integrative counselling encourages you to improve the areas of your life that you are struggling with. Integrative therapists acknowledge the client as an active partner in any work undertaken. Integrative therapists borrow from tried and tested therapeutic models. For example, using the core teachings from Person-Centred Counselling, theories around relationships, to how we think about interpreting challenging thoughts and behaviours. We establish a safe environment to maintain confidentiality with a non-judgemental approach.

Integrative therapists tailor what happens in the sessions to clients’ needs, and you remain at the centre of this relationship, in charge of what happens in each session. This is a very effective way for you to talk about what is important to you. In person-centred counselling, the aim is for you to realise your potential and to trust and understand your own inner voice, so that you can work out what is right for you and how you would like your life to be.

Face-to-Face Therapy

Face-to-face therapy offers a grounded, focused space to work through personal challenges with consistent support. Meeting in person allows for richer, more nuanced communication, including body language, tone, and the subtle, reassuring presence of someone truly listening. In-person therapy may offer the sense of stability and presence you're looking for.

Online Therapy

Online therapy offers the flexibility to attend sessions from the comfort of your own space — whether you're at home, travelling, or simply prefer not to come in person. It's a fully confidential and effective way to access support, no matter where you are in the UK. Whether you're feeling stuck, managing anxiety, or dealing with trauma symptoms, online sessions via Zoom give you the same care and support, just in a different format.
